Under the visionary leadership of Mrs. Ratan Kaul, the Public Diplomacy Forum hosted an exclusive soirée at the Russian Centre, bringing together art, culture, and diplomacy. In Vogue Life Luxury magazine was proud to partner for “An October Sonata: Soft Power and the Creative Spectrum,” a thought-provoking event that highlighted the role of creativity in fostering multilateral relations.
The evening featured the grand unveiling of Dr. Seema Bhalla’s book, ‘Ganika,’ alongside a stunning art showcase by Seema Sethi 'Canvases in Gold' and renowned Russian artist & a group art exhibition titled "Beyond Boundaries" by the talented artist Puja Duggal. The event was graced by Mrs. Diana Alipova, Dr. Elena Remizova who is also the director of Russian house.
The panel discussion with distinguished scholars delved deep into how art and culture serve as influential soft powers, as beautifully expressed by Mrs. Ratan Kaul. The event had esteemed guests in attendance including Ms. Ramola Bachchan & Ms. Upasana Arora who is a dynamic leader in the Indian Healthcare industry.

The Art Exhibition - ‘Beyond Boundaries’ focusses on exploring architecture’s potential to be a paradox of fluidity and rigidity, of liquidity and solidity, of space and form, of experience and enclosure. These works of art are displayed at the Russian Center, Ferozshah Road, New Delhi until 15th October 2024.
