The Kachori Story began with a deep love for India’s diverse culinary traditions, especially the beloved kachori. The Kachori Story is your go-to destination for authentic and diverse kachoris from across India. They bring the unique flavors of street food to your plate, maintaining quality and tradition in every bite.

The Kachori Story—a culinary concept that’s bringing one of India’s most iconic snacks back into the spotlight, with all its regional charm and a distinctly modern twist. As the tag line says “Jahan Har bite mein ek kahani hai.” Every dish has a story which takes you to different places from where the kachori originates.

Following the success of its thriving outlets across Gurgaon, the brand now opens its latest space in Sector 56, inviting guests to rediscover the humble kachori through a lens of nostalgia, innovation, and culinary finesse.

Founded by Jai Agarwal, Deepak Agarwal, and Yash Chandak, The Kachori Story is a celebration of India’s rich snack heritage. With a menu that travels across the country—from the spicy streets of Rajasthan to the flavourful kitchens of Bengal—the brand presents a curated selection of kachoris, each thoughtfully reimagined for today’s evolving tastes. The brand has extensive expansion plans to open 20 to 25 outlets by March 2026 across key locations in Delhi NCR. The brands mission is to redefine kachori culture in India. The commitment to quality, hygiene and flavor positions the kachori story for national success.

At the heart of the brand is Chef Vineet Manocha, whose three-decade-long journey across esteemed hospitality groups like The Oberoi, Hyatt, and Radisson brings unmatched depth to the experience. Over the course of three years of intensive R&D, Chef Manocha has fine-tuned everything—from textures and fillings to spice blends and serving accompaniments—to ensure that every kachori tells a story. A story of place, of memory, and of timeless technique, all reinterpreted with a contemporary flair.

The menu has a lot on offer. You must try the Khassam Khaas Kachori section. We tried the Dilli Ki Khasta Kachori which draws inspiration from the hardworking vendors who famously sell khasta kachori on cycles in delhi. The crispy kachori is stuffed with a moong dal filling and served alongside aloo sabzi. Also tried the lipsmacking kachoris like Fateh ki kachori, Kolkatta club Kachori, Juniya Maharaj ki kachori which is famous from Bikaner. Next we recommend the Jaipuri Pyaz ki kachori, Samosa chholey chaat, Bikaneri doctor kachori, Dal baati Choorma and Ajmeri kadi Pakori with Matar Pulao.

These kachoris are Spicy, crispy and packed with flavor- a true delight. Delhi NCR has people from multiple cities craving for their regional foods and kachori story takes them back to those memories and stories that makes them nostalgic.

They also have the thali options for a full meal and also lot of cool drinks to relish like Masala butter milk chhaas, Mohabbat ki sharbat, Bela phool sharbat, Nimboo masala shikanji and even tapri chai. For those with sweet tooth they have some desserts like Jodhpuri Mawa Kachori, moong dal halwa and the delicious Shahi Gulab Jamun.

The kachori story is definitely a go to destination for families and couples alike. So have you tried your favourite local kachori yet?
