Recently we were invited for an exclusive dinner at Central Delhi, the newest gem from The House of Minar.
Central delhi from the House of Minar, is an expansion of the iconic Minar restaurant. A legacy brand delighting diners with authentic indian flavors since 1970. In collaboration with CYK Experiences, they have started modern fine dining concept curated by chef Aditi Dixit offering a blend of authenticity and innovation. They started with a tasting menu concept and eventually added an ala carte menu.
In vegetarian options, we tried Dahi Ke Kebab, Kale Ke Patte Ki Chaat, Kadi Kachori, Paneer Tikka, and Pulled Jackfruit Taco. The Pulled Jackfruit Taco and the Kale Ke Patte Ki Chaat were amazing – both were bursting with flavors and creativity.
It offers a perfect blend of authentic Indian flavors and a creative fusion presentation that elevates the dining experience. The ambiance is absolutely stunning, with a pleasing and luxurious vibe that complements the dining experience beautifully.
The non-veg starters featured OG Chicken Pakora, Mutton
Seekh, Chicken Tikka, and Chettinad Prawns. I couldn’t get enough of the OG
Chicken Pakora and the perfectly spiced Mutton Seekh.
Here you are sure to experience a masterful blend of
timeless classics and global fusion flavors, crafted to perfection!
In Mocktails we tried the Sunrise Brew, Minar ki mithaas
& Asli sona.
The soups were soul-warming – Forester Soup, Broccoli Almond, and Murg Malai Shorba. The Broccoli Almond Soup was my pick of the lot – smooth, creamy, and packed with flavor.
Though I was full after the starters, I couldn’t resist
trying the Main dishes. The highlights for me were the Saag Lehsuni Burrata
and the unique Kathal Haleem. Both dishes stood out for their innovation and
taste.
This unique dining destination celebrates the richness of Indian regional cuisine, reimagined with a contemporary flair, offering a truly elevated culinary experience.
A welcome new edition to culinary scene in Gurgaon.
