On 16th
January, House of Samsara, the spirits house behind SAṂSĀRA Gin, collaborated
with BOMBA Pizzeria & Taqueria to host a sensorial dining and tasting
experience featuring ÄMĀRĀ Artisanal Pink Vodka at BOMBA’s Gurugram
Sec 62 outlet. The collaboration brought together Samsara’s newly launched
artisanal pink vodka, thoughtfully paired with the contemporary plates from
BOMBA’s flavour-packed menu, crafted to spark curiosity, flavour, and
conversations.
This tasting session offered guests an opportunity to experience how ÄMĀRĀ’s subtle fruit-forward and floral notes balanced richer flavours and textured dishes across the BOMBA menu. Conversations around the spirit, its flavour profile, and its place within modern drinking culture formed a key part of the experience.
Set against Bomba’s vibrant yet intimate setting, the evening allowed guests to immerse themselves in vodka-forward cocktails like the Sundarban Bloom and the Corbett Flora, specially crafted for the night with ÄMĀRĀ and BOMBA’s contemporary classics like The Wild One Pizza and The Hottie 2.0 from the Pizza section, the Slow Cooked Shallot Agnolotti, and Tuscan Chicken Fettuccine from the pasta section and some flavour-packed selections from its tapas section like Truffle Wild Mushroom Pate, Calibrian Chicken Skewer, and Charred Prawn Tostada.
