Situated in the heart of Dwarka, Radisson Blu Dwarka is an upscale hotel which caters to both business travelers and leisure seekers in this bustling city. With pool views and an extensive meeting space, the hotel offers a cosmopolitan and refined ambiance.

The Dwarka Walk Mall is located on the hotel premises and provides a retail paradise for frequent flyers and chic retail enthusiasts alike. Just a 25-minute drive from Delhi Airport, this mall is the perfect choice for a comfortable stay.

Delhi's biggest convention center, IICC Yashobhoomi, is situated close to the hotel making it an ideal location for both national and international traveling delegations as well as corporate travelers.

We recently experienced the Swaad Bharat Ka Food Festival at Spring all day dining restaurant, crafted by Chef Pankaj Jha who took us on a gastronomic journey through India.

The decor was very well done showcasing dishes from all across India. There were carts with the street food of India in display.

Street food from different states to main course stirred up from old recipes with a twist and were served in your plate. To begin with the choices from traditional beverages Sharbat-e-Mohabbat, Bihari Sattu & Nariyal Pani to the variety of street food from Gol gappe, Daal baati churma, Dabeli, Pao bhaji, Jhal muri.

We went for a quite dinner and were amazed to see the restaurant filled to capacity. The service staff was very efficient and we were served our starters along with the sharbats on offer. The live music in the background added to the vibe of the place.

The Culinary extravaganza was exquisite and we really enjoyed the variety of dishes on offer. For a foodie like me, the highlight of the festival was the spread which had Kashmiri Rogan josh, Paneer Chaman Kaliya and even south Indian favorite Appam with stew. I also relished the biryani but the stand out dish for me was the Champaran Meat. The chef Pankaj Jha is from Bihar and this was recommended to me by him. The meat was cooked in a handi which was very authentic and delicious. It was soft and mouth watering stuff. It was really an experience which cannot be described in words.

Well, am not saying that I had space left for desserts. But those with sweet tooth like me can also enjoy old delhi favorites like Daulat ki chaat, Malpua from the live counters or caramel custard, balushai, Gulab jamun with ice cream from the dessert counter.
