The hotel’s executive chef Manoj Rawat takes you on a culinary journey through traditional bihari delicacies along with an expert home chef Sushma Roy who is known for authentic Bihari dishes.

Sushma hails from Bihar and is known for her simplicity and her cooking skills. Her husband who is a well known chef, Gautam Kumar. Gautam told us that she is the power behind his cuisine.

Recently, home chefs have taken over the culinary festivals in the capital. It is a great initiative by hotel GM, Mr Gaurav Mehta to motivate these budding home chefs who are taking the food space by storm in leading hotels.

The cuisine of Bihar is known for its rich and diverse flavors, reflecting both cultural and regional influences. The Bhoj pop up at Ramada by Wyndham at Sector 44 Gurgaon will be on during dinner from 12th-14th September. Reimagined with a touch of luxury. The vision behind the extraordinary event is to bring the local cuisine of Bihar to a refined dining experience.

Feasting on authentic Bihari flavors, we relished the authentic tastes of Bihar.

As I walked through the doors, the aroma of traditional spices greeted me, hinting at the feast that awaited. What sets Bhoj apart is its authenticity. This is not just food, it is a celebration of heritage.

The warmth and impeccable service of Team Ramada makes the meal more satisfying and the experience heart warming.

The experience of having traditional meal in pattal was exciting. The menu was a grand Bhoj.

We were served Sattu sherbet which was so refreshing that I had some more. My favorites were Litti Chokha, Bharwa Karela and Champaran mutton which stole the show.

Guests will be served exquisite dishes from Litti chokha, Stuffed karela, and Baigan bhaja,  Champaran mutton and Fish fry, every bite was a celebration of regional delicacies. The desserts were the perfect end – Gur chawal kheer with warm milk - Rasaiya, Dahi boondi, and Parwal mithai and more!
