HOSA which launched in Goa in November 2022, has created quite a niche for itself with its take on South Indian cuisine. Times Food & Nightlife Awards 2023 awarded HOSA, 'Best Modern Indian' and 'Best Restobar' in Goa. Also, it has been awarded the ‘Debutant Restaurant of the Year’ and ‘Restobar of the Year’, both for the West Region at the ET Hospitality World Restaurants & Nightlife Awards 2023. To celebrate its first anniversary, HOSA just completed its first pop-up at Gurugram at its sister restaurant, Comorin, which features comfort dishes and unusual food combinations from across the country. Celebrating 5 years of Comorin, Brand Chef Dhiraj Dargan of Comorin had joined HOSA’s Brand Chef Suresh DC to present an exclusive 8-course Celebration Menu featuring signature dishes from both the award-winning restaurants. We will continue the anniversary celebrations in Goa, with Comorin making its debut to the Goa market next week, on the 4th & 5th of December, with the same four-hands menu. Koloman, a contemporary French restaurant, opened in Fall 2022 in New York to great success and received the coveted 3 stars from the New York Times. It is the company’s second restaurant in New York after Indian Accent, with a third one, a Bar, expected to open in early 2024. EHV International is poised to open several new restaurants in 2024-25 in India, as well as in other world cities.

Nevertheless, a lunch can expect an eight-course meal to move from appetizers and small plates through main courses and onto dessert.. We were glad to have this amazing 8 Course Meal at @comorin.in by @hosagoa

Third Course:~ Dal Pakwan, jalapeno & red onion, kachumber


Fourth Course:~ Wild Mushroom Sukka, mini appam, curry leaf crema


Fifth Course:~ Kathal Champaran, Sattu parantha, ole ki chutney 


Sixth Course:~ Trumpet Mushroom Varuval, Mushroom Pongal, black pepper rub, herb oil


Seventh Course:~ Gur Meva Roti, Rabdi, Tal Mishri


Eighth Course:~ Coconut Ice cream, almond crumble, Jasmine sorbet


It was in Gurugram but we were having the Vibes of Goa.... 🏖️


It was highly appetizing and amazing in taste 😍 A worth visit with such a delightful spread of food & drinks 🙂
