Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport invites diners to experience the rich culinary heritage of Türkiye with A Taste of Anatolia, an exclusive Turkish food festival at NYC, curated by 8th Generation Ottoman Chef Gökhan Eser Kesen. Running from 23rd July to 3rd August 2026, the festival showcases authentic regional recipes, time-honoured cooking techniques and the warmth of Turkish hospitality.
The festival was inaugurated by His Excellency Mr. Ali Murat Ersoy, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to India, in the presence of diplomats, corporate leaders, members of the Turkish community, media and invited guests, celebrating the enduring cultural ties between Türkiye and India through food.
Guests enjoyed an immersive Anatolian feast featuring handcrafted Hummus, Muhammara, Babagannuş, Gavurdağı Salad, Yaprak Sarma, Çiğ Köfte, Şakşuka, Adana Kebabı, Tavuk Şiş, Izgara Balık, Lahmacun and freshly baked Pide, followed by traditional desserts including Fıstıklı Baklava and Künefe, complemented by the ceremonial experience of authentic Turkish coffee.

From vibrant mezze and charcoal-grilled specialties to handcrafted desserts and Turkish coffee, every dish reflects Türkiye's rich gastronomic heritage.
