India ka Homechef 2.0 Grand Finale event winners announced at Indian Culinary Institute, Noida

The stage was set for the ultimate cooking competition having talented home chef each with their own unique style and flair, gathered to showcase their culinary expertise. But this competition was not just about following recipes; it was about artistic expression, creativity, and passion.

The Winners of the India ka Home chef contest declared at the event was Anshmeet Singh,followed by Sabita Chaurasia in second position and Nishtha Varshney in third position. The esteemed jury members handed over the awards to the winners.





The auditions were held at Guwahati, Dehradun and Ludhiana and after months of evaluating countries many talented home chefs. People were ready to witness the incredible journey of India’s top 16 home chefs at the Indian Culinary institute in Noida.


Samiksha Aggarwal, Founder of India ka homechef and the Facebook food community Mom's Magic cooking has been instrumental in organising this wonderful event which completed it's second season.



The event was sponsored by Rajdhani Besan, Goldie Masale and gift partners Nanihaal, Vezlay foods.

The event was supported by IBCA, The Catering Inc and venue partner Indian Culinary institute.


"Cooking is not just about following a recipe; it's an art form that transforms ingredients, flavors, and techniques into a culinary masterpiece," emphasized one of the esteemed judges.

Cooking competitions reincarnation of traditional dish may focus on technique and presentation, but the true essence of cooking lies in creativity, love, and self-expression.




 

The esteemed jury consisted of well respected Chef’s of India like Chef Vivek Saggar, General Secretary, Indian Culinary Forum. Chef Ashish Bhasin, Chef Gautam Chaudhary, Chef Balendra Singh, Chef Prem Ram, Chef Pankaj Jha, Masterchef finalists Gurkeerat Singh and Kamaldeep Kaur.

Chef Abhilasha Jain, Chef Samita Halder, Chef Rajani Jain, Chef Prosenjit Chandra and many more.

The judges were delighted to be as part of the esteemed jury panel, guiding young chefs through this exciting journey of flavors and creativity.


The theme, Re-incarnation, brought out their boundless creativity and passion, transforming every dish into a masterpiece of flavor, technique, and presentation. Each plate told a story—of dedication, innovation, and the love for cooking.


 

It was truly inspiring to see the magic these home chefs created, celebrating the heart and soul of India’s culinary traditions. A huge shoutout to all the participants for their hard work and to the team behind this spectacular event for bringing such talent into the spotlight.
