Delhi’s newest dining gem, Noe, is a breath of fresh air in Lutyens’ Delhi. The place offers all-day dining, a lavish Sunday brunch, and a distinctive beverage program. This chic 84-cover space is the brainchild of Sandeep Bishnoi, co-founder of Perch Wine and Coffee Bar, and Dhruv Nijhawan, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate chef. Together, they’ve created a venue that blends timeless Lutyens’ aesthetics—think oak panels and vintage flooring—with modern touches like mirrors and a neutral palette. The versatile layout lets guests seamlessly transition between the elegant indoor space, an inviting cocktail bar and a cosy outdoor deck. Celebrating local flavours, the menu draws inspiration from Mediterranean and European gastronomy. A standout is a prawn and black garlic dish, where slow-roasted prawns are paired with black garlic mayu, marinated kundru, and a roasted garlic bulb. The bar’s highball menu, a rare find in the city, features artisanal mixers, tinctures, and house-crafted sodas and tonics.
